Roosevelt Library

Roosevelt Library offers event planners a distinctive setting in a former public library dating from 1929. In San Antonio, the historic building is available for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, birthdays, baby showers and other private occasions. Its original character gives events a different feel from a conventional function room, while the choice of spaces allows organisers to shape the day around their guest list and programme.

The Great Hall is suited to dinners and ceremonies, with an extendable long dining table and room for additional round tables. On the lower floor, the gallery can be arranged for seated dining, cabaret-style entertainment or auditorium seating, and includes a stage. A south lawn provides an outdoor option alongside the indoor rooms. Complimentary self-parking and Wi-Fi are among the facilities available for events.

Organisers can discuss catering and bar arrangements with the venue, including options from its list of approved caterers. An event planner can assist with details such as menus, invitations, decorations and arranging photography or entertainment. Sound equipment, microphones, displays and projection facilities are also available to hire, making the rooms suitable for presentations as well as celebrations.

For weddings, the venue can host both the ceremony and reception, and offers space for related gatherings such as rehearsal dinners. A venue manager is available during wedding events. Roosevelt Library combines a historic San Antonio setting with adaptable rooms and practical event support, giving planners a venue option for intimate dinners, social celebrations and business occasions.
