Alpha Crew ltd

Alpha Crew supplies trained event personnel to organisers, production companies and venues. Its teams support events from the initial build through to the final load-out, providing practical help for productions of different sizes and formats. Services include general event crew, stage crew, technical staff, security personnel, specialist machinery operators and event equipment handling.

For event builds, crew can assist with loading and unloading, site logistics, installation work, stage preparation and dismantling. Technical teams support the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, while experienced stage crew work on concerts, festivals, theatre productions and live shows. Where specialist plant or machinery is needed, the company can provide trained operators for relevant equipment.

Security support is also available for events, with services such as stewarding, door supervision, patrols and crowd management. This can help organisers plan for the safety of guests, staff, performers and production areas. Crew numbers and skills can be matched to the event's requirements, location and working hours, with planning and site assessment available to help establish what is needed.

Based in London, Alpha Crew provides staff across multiple UK locations and also works internationally. Its experience spans corporate functions, brand activations, fashion shows, film premieres, live music, festivals and venue productions. Organisers can approach the team for one part of a production, such as stage or technical support, or combine crew and security services for a broader staffing plan. Alpha Crew is a practical option for event planners seeking experienced personnel to help deliver the operational work behind an event.
