The Winter Garden at Brookfield Place

The Winter Garden at Brookfield Place is a dramatic indoor setting in Lower Manhattan, available as part of Brookfield Place's event rental offering. Its soaring glass atrium, grand marble staircase and tall palm trees create a memorable backdrop for gatherings and brand experiences, while views towards North Cove Marina add to the waterfront character.

Organisers can enquire about using Brookfield Place spaces for events and brand activations. The wider property also offers opportunities for sponsorships and film or photo shoots, making it relevant to companies seeking a prominent setting for audience-facing projects. The Winter Garden itself has a long-standing cultural role, hosting concerts, performances, seasonal displays and other public programming. That history gives the space a distinctive sense of place for organisers planning an event in the city.

Located at 230 Vesey Street, the venue is close to Lower Manhattan's transport connections, including subway services, PATH trains and the Brookfield Place ferry terminal. Its central location can be convenient for guests travelling from around New York and New Jersey. The space is part of a larger destination with shops, restaurants and other visitor amenities nearby, giving planners options to consider when shaping the wider guest experience.

Event rental enquiries are handled through Brookfield Place. Organisers can contact the venue team to discuss available spaces and the suitability of the setting for their plans. Whether the brief calls for a striking atrium environment, a brand activation or a film and photography location, the Winter Garden offers an architectural landmark within a well-connected downtown setting.
