ILA Penthouse & Rooftop Garden

ILA Penthouse is an event venue in Chelsea, New York, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations and brand events. Set on the seventh floor, the venue combines a garden-inspired Bar Room and Sanctuary with an open-air rooftop garden overlooking the city. The connected areas can be used separately or brought together to suit the shape and scale of an occasion.

The Bar Room provides a welcoming setting for smaller receptions, cocktail hours and floral activations. The Sanctuary can be arranged for dinners, presentations, screenings and parties, while the rooftop offers room for outdoor receptions, dining and dancing. Together, the spaces can host events for up to 225 guests, with a range of layouts available for seated and standing formats.

Venue hire includes tables, chairs, linens, glassware and dishware, as well as event coordination and layout support. Organisers can also arrange in-house catering, bar packages, floral design and event styling, alongside audiovisual equipment such as microphones, speakers and a projector. Food options range from reception bites and food stations to family-style meals and plated dinners, with menus tailored to the occasion.

The venue welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, engagement parties, showers, birthdays, business meetings, presentations and product or brand activations. Its rooftop and botanical interiors provide distinctive backdrops, while the team can help coordinate staffing, suppliers, menus and event-day logistics. Located close to public transport and nearby parking, ILA Penthouse offers planners a flexible New York setting with venue essentials and additional services available in one place.
