Evenementenhal De Ark

Melkerijstraat 2, 8850 Ardooie, Belgium

Evenementenhal De Ark is a municipal venue in Ardooie for organisers looking for a hall for a party, dance party, meeting or other gathering. The multi-purpose hall can be hired for a wide range of activities, allowing organisers to adapt the space to their programme and the type of gathering. The venue is suitable for private parties, as well as activities organised by associations and other organisations.

The hall also has a foyer and a kitchen. These spaces are useful as a reception area, for bringing guests together or for providing practical support during an activity. The foyer can also be requested separately. Information about drinks, rates and bookings is available to hirers through the municipal channels.

De Ark is therefore a practical choice for anyone looking for a functional venue in the Ardooie region, without having to manage a separate function venue themselves. The municipal hire conditions make clear that associations and other hirers can submit a request. The hall is also suitable for dance parties, for which specific hire conditions apply. Anyone planning a gathering can check the available spaces, the floor plan and the technical information in advance, and then request a booking.

The venue is located on Melkerijstraat in Ardooie. Organisers can contact the municipal manager with questions about availability, bookings and practical arrangements. De Ark thus provides a versatile setting for local celebrations, association activities, and business or informal gatherings.
