San Patricio Orchards

San Patricio Orchards is a wedding and event venue in the Hondo Valley of New Mexico, set beside the Rio Ruidoso. Its outdoor setting, with meadow, trees and river views, gives event planners a distinctive backdrop for celebrations and gatherings.

The property offers a courtyard for smaller weddings and a meadow suited to larger celebrations. For events with up to 200 guests, a 4,000-square-foot clear tent provides covered reception space while retaining views of the surrounding landscape. The tent is set up seasonally, from late spring into autumn, and warm lighting helps create an inviting atmosphere for evening receptions. Couples can hold their ceremony on site, then move guests into the tent to celebrate.

The venue also welcomes private events beyond weddings, including family, school and military reunions, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, retirement parties and showers. Event planners can discuss the layout and set-up with the venue team, including arrangements such as tables, chairs and a dance floor for quinceañera celebrations. The natural setting can also be incorporated into the event's styling and décor.

On-site accommodation includes a Bridal Casita, where wedding parties can prepare and stay before or after the celebration. The venue invites organisers to arrange an in-person or virtual tour to explore the spaces and discuss their plans. With ceremony locations, reception space and lodging together on the property, San Patricio Orchards offers a setting for celebrations that can unfold in one place.
