Vrijetijdscentrum Duin en Zee in Oostende hires out indoor and outdoor spaces to organisations wishing to organise an activity or event. The venue is suitable for a wide range of gatherings, training sessions and leisure activities. The rooms are flexibly equipped and, depending on the space, can be used separately or in combination.

There are several large rooms with tables and chairs, including multi-purpose spaces measuring 166, 178 and 230 m². The bar room, with its entrance area, can be combined with other rooms. For activities with a stage, there is a 238 m² blackout-capable stage room, with an additional room adjoining it. Smaller rooms are available for meetings and workshops. There is also a small cinema room with tiered seating.

The facilities also include a dining hall, a warming kitchen, a washing-up kitchen and a children's kitchen. Outside, organisers can make use of a large inner courtyard and spaces for sport, games and other outdoor activities.
