Chez

Chez is a private event venue in Chicago's Streeterville neighbourhood, offering organisers a flexible loft space for celebrations, business events and creative productions. Its downtown location, close to Michigan Avenue and the lakefront, is convenient for guests staying in nearby hotels and travelling from across the city.

The contemporary interior pairs white brick walls and tall windows with polished concrete floors, high ceilings and a glass staircase leading to a mezzanine. The open layout gives planners room to shape the setting around their event, from a seated dinner or wedding reception to a cocktail gathering, fashion show or product launch. A private suite on the mezzanine provides a separate space for hosts or guests to prepare.

Chez welcomes a broad range of bookings, including weddings, corporate meetings, speaker panels, fundraisers, birthday celebrations, showers, holiday parties, pop-up events, film shoots and photo shoots. Suggested floor plans cover meeting, theatre-style, seated reception, seminar, fashion show and cocktail formats, with layouts available for different group sizes. The venue's planning team can help organisers arrange a tour, discuss the event setup and coordinate practical details. Rental includes in-house furniture, an on-site facilities liaison, security and pre- and post-event cleaning. Catering is provided through the venue's selected catering partners, with the Chez team helping clients choose an option to suit their plans. Parking is available nearby, with valet arrangements also possible.

For event planners seeking a city-centre setting that can be styled for different occasions, Chez offers a distinctive loft backdrop and practical support for bringing the event together.
