Salle des fêtes de Conty

Rue de la Poste, 80160 Conty, France

The village hall in Conty is a community space available to hire for private, association or business events. Located in Conty, in the Somme, it can accommodate up to 350 people. The equipment provided is intended for events with up to 200 people, which is useful to know when preparing the set-up and checking what your reception will require.

The hall can be hired with or without the kitchen. Crockery can also be hired as an extra, subject to the arrangements communicated by the town hall. The hall is suitable for a range of events, such as a family party, a meal, a reception or an association gathering. Prices and conditions vary in particular according to the applicant's profile and the options selected. It is therefore advisable to contact the town hall reception team for information that applies to your date and plans.

To make a booking, organisers are invited to check the hall's availability with the town hall. The town hall then prepares a hire contract, which must be returned no later than fifteen days before the event, together with the requested documents and payments. An appointment is then arranged to hand over the keys and carry out the condition inspections. This centralised process allows you to arrange the booking directly with the local authority and confirm the practical details before planning your event.
