The Venue at Murphy Lane

Set among rolling countryside on the west side of Newnan, The Venue at Murphy Lane offers event planners a private setting for weddings and selected special occasions. Its 88-acre grounds include open pastures, ponds, a vineyard and several locations for outdoor ceremonies, alongside a barn for celebrations and receptions. Couples can choose a ceremony site to suit their plans, with indoor and covered spaces available as alternatives if the weather changes.

The venue offers options ranging from venue-only hire to tailored packages, including micro-weddings and all-inclusive wedding arrangements. Depending on the package, support can include ceremony and reception set-up and pack-down, chairs, cleaning, parking and golf-cart transport around the grounds. A preferred supplier list helps couples source services such as catering, bar service and wedding planning, while the all-inclusive option brings together selected suppliers to simplify coordination. Rehearsal use and custom details can also be discussed when arranging a booking.

Facilities include farm and round tables, a catering kitchen, a bridal lounge and garden, a separate groom's room, covered patios and lounge furniture. Selected decor and ceremony features are available, and on-site accommodation can be arranged separately. The grounds are also suitable for engagement photographs, while the venue's team can discuss event requirements and arrange a tour before booking.

Although weddings are the main focus, the venue also welcomes other special and corporate events. Its combination of indoor and outdoor settings, event facilities and tailored booking options gives organisers scope to shape a gathering around their guest numbers and preferred style. Event planners should contact the venue directly to confirm availability, package details and arrangements for their particular event.
