Liberty Plantation, LLC

Liberty Plantation is a private event venue on 18.5 landscaped acres beside Table Rock Lake in Cape Fair, Missouri. The property is centred on a plantation-style mansion and offers a choice of indoor and outdoor settings for weddings and other gatherings, including corporate events, charity occasions, family reunions, proms and retreats.

Eaton Hall is the main reception space, with a marble-effect floor, crystal chandeliers, Georgian-style columns, a dance floor and a raised area for a band or DJ. It also has a commercial kitchen that event organisers can make available to their chosen caterer, subject to the venue's requirements. Outside, the Grand Gazebo provides a setting for ceremonies among mature trees, while the Lakeside Pavilion and its covered tent offer space for a drinks reception or time outdoors overlooking the lake. The venue also has a bridal cottage and a separate room for the groom's preparations.

Bookings include exclusive use of the venue for the event, with rental options that vary by package. Available facilities and equipment include tables and chairs, mobile bars, sound equipment, microphones, lighting and a projection screen. The team can provide catering packages and beer and wine bar service, help organisers find other suppliers, and arrange guest transport on request. Rehearsal time and photo access are available with some rentals. Parking attendants, accessible facilities and golf-cart transport for guests with mobility needs are among the practical on-site provisions.

With mansion interiors, garden spaces and lake views all on one property, Liberty Plantation gives event planners several settings to shape a celebration, from an outdoor ceremony through to an indoor dinner and dancing.
