Stal den Eijck

Utrechtseweg 18a, 3732 HB De Bilt, Netherlands

Stal den Eijck is a characterful event venue at Landgoed Vollenhoven in De Bilt. The former listed stable has been converted into a contemporary space where authentic wooden beams sit alongside a light, comfortable interior. The venue is on the edge of a wooded estate and can accommodate groups of around 10 to 100 people indoors, depending on the layout.

Organisers can hire the stable exclusively for a wide range of gatherings. The space is suitable for meetings, away days, workshops, presentations, business dinners and team-building, as well as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and family days. There is room for a seated dinner or a reception before a presentation. The venue also offers a suitable setting for smaller groups.

Outside, guests can use the terrace and lawn, which includes a jeu de boules court. The rural surroundings offer the opportunity to move part of the programme outdoors. Free parking is available around the venue. For catering, Stal den Eijck works with a selection of regular caterers, allowing organisers to discuss their requirements with these partners. Workshops and activities can also be added by arrangement.

The stable is also available for a farewell or memorial gathering. Its warm, peaceful atmosphere provides a place to share memories. Combining historic character, modern facilities and a green setting, Stal den Eijck is a versatile venue for business and private events.
