The Erickson Alumni Center

The Erickson Alumni Center is an event venue in Morgantown, West Virginia, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate functions, meetings and social celebrations. Its rooms range from small boardrooms for a handful of guests to a large hall that can be configured for different layouts. The outdoor courtyard provides another option for receptions, celebrations and larger gatherings.

For business organisers, the venue offers conference rooms with presentation and meeting technology, including displays, microphones, video conferencing and screen sharing. Larger rooms can be divided into smaller spaces, making it possible to plan a meeting, training day or conference with different activities in one location. The team also welcomes corporate retreats and other professional events.

Couples can host wedding ceremonies and receptions at the centre, with a choice of indoor rooms and outdoor settings. The venue's wedding team can assist with planning details, including the menu and music. Other social occasions include bridal and baby showers, anniversaries and celebrations of life.

Food is prepared by the centre's in-house executive chef, with menus drawing on contemporary American cooking and Appalachian influences. Event planners can discuss catering options as part of their booking. The venue also lists complimentary on-site parking for event guests. With multiple room sizes, event support, catering and technical facilities available at one address, The Erickson can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger functions. Organisers can contact the team to ask about availability, pricing and suitable spaces for their event.
