Valkyrie Ranch

Valkyrie Ranch is a broad outdoor event venue in Paige, Texas, set across around 500 acres of private wildlife preserve. Its natural landscape provides a distinctive setting for organisers planning weddings, receptions, arts festivals, corporate retreats and gatherings for trail-riding clubs. The grounds offer a countryside alternative to a conventional function room, with open space and woodland scenery forming part of the event experience.

The ranch is also home to the Texas Viking Festival, giving the property experience as a setting for large-scale, themed public events as well as private occasions. Wedding options include Norse-inspired handfasting ceremonies, with couples able to hold a distinctive ceremony within the festival setting. Organisers can enquire about using the property for their own event and discuss the requirements for their occasion.

Beyond event use, the ranch offers cabins and opportunities to enjoy the surrounding landscape, including hiking across the preserve. These features may suit organisers looking for a nature-focused retreat or a multi-day gathering, subject to availability and the ranch's arrangements. The property also hosts educational experiences connected with nature and Norse history.

Located within reach of Austin, Valkyrie Ranch combines rural surroundings with a varied event identity. Its grounds are suited to planners seeking an open-air location with space for guests to gather and a setting that feels far removed from an urban venue. From a celebration or retreat to a themed festival, the ranch offers a memorable backdrop shaped by its wildlife preserve, wooded scenery and established event activity.
