De Werfkelder is a historic event venue on Utrecht’s Oudegracht, suitable for business meetings and festive occasions. The authentic brick arches give the space a distinctive character, while the fixed lighting and sound system and on-site bar provide practical facilities. Organisers can hire the cellar exclusively and have the layout tailored to their plans and group size.

The venue offers options for, among other things, company drinks receptions, staff parties, anniversaries, networking events, conferences, dinners and private parties. Photoshoots, presentations and other creative gatherings are also welcome. Depending on the layout chosen, there is room for small groups or parties with more than 500 guests. For smaller groups, part of the space can be set up so that the setting feels just right.

The hire includes, among other things, the staffed bar, lighting and sound, cleaning, and a point of contact during the planning and on the day itself. There is also a DJ booth, projector and projection screen. For food, the organiser can work with catering partners or bring in their own caterer. A DJ can be arranged independently or requested through the venue.

The cellar is centrally located in Utrecht, about a ten-minute walk from Utrecht Centraal. Guests can reach the venue via a staircase from the wharf. The precise options, layout and price are tailored to the date, type of event and expected number of guests. A no-obligation viewing is available to see the space in advance.
