The Old Blue Rooster Event Center LLC

The Old Blue Rooster is a wedding and celebration venue in Lithopolis, southeast of Columbus, Ohio. Its grounds offer two distinct spaces, giving event planners options for larger gatherings and more intimate occasions.

The Barn is the main reception venue, with room for up to 200 guests. Couples can plan an indoor or outdoor ceremony, followed by a reception in a climate-controlled space with adjustable lighting, chandeliers, a bar and a furnished patio. The outdoor ceremony area has permanent bench seating and a wooden arch. Tables and chairs, a preparation kitchen, parking and on-site staff are among the amenities available. The venue also provides separate getting-ready suites for the wedding party, and couples can choose their own vendors.

For smaller celebrations, The Lodge accommodates up to 50 guests. Its warm interior, natural light, seating area and small kitchen make it suitable for bridal or baby showers, birthdays, graduations and other gatherings. Tables and chairs, a restroom, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking are included. The Lodge may also be used by wedding parties getting ready at the property, while dates for non-wedding events are released closer to the event date.

The venue offers bar service through its authorised staff, with beverage options that can be selected to suit the occasion. Wedding packages include access to the venue for set periods, a rehearsal and support from the team on the day. With indoor and outdoor settings, dedicated event spaces and practical facilities, The Old Blue Rooster can host ceremonies, receptions and private celebrations in one location.
