Espace culturel Francis Sagot, located in Fruges, offers three multi-purpose rooms for private, professional, community and cultural events. The rooms have different capacities, making it possible to choose a layout suited to the size and format of the gathering: salle Bleuet accommodates around 15 to 20 people, salle Coquelicot around 50 people and salle Bouton d'Or up to around 600 people under normal conditions.
Organisers can book the rooms for meetings and general meetings, commercial events, activities organised by associations or cultural occasions. The venue also hosts family celebrations, including weddings and communions, as well as private meetings and gatherings after funerals. Prices and booking conditions vary according to the room, the type of event, the day chosen and whether or not the organisers live in Fruges.
Kitchens can be booked as an extra, and crockery is available under certain conditions. The range of capacities makes the venue suitable for anything from a small meeting to a large reception or an event attracting a large audience. Organisers can contact the town council or the cultural centre's representative to check availability, outline their requirements and obtain practical information about their booking. The venue is therefore a municipal option for organising gatherings and events in Fruges, with several rooms and arrangements suited to different uses.
