At Le Clos du Tilleul, organisers can enjoy a peaceful event venue in the hamlet of Le Villiers, near Talcy and the Loire Valley châteaux. Set in restored historic buildings, the venue hosts weddings, birthdays, christenings and other private celebrations, as well as seminars, conferences, exhibitions and concerts. The spaces can also suit business events that require a spacious room.

The venue offers two reception rooms, la Salamandre and the grange Hermine, so the layout can be tailored to the size and format of the event. La Salamandre can accommodate up to 220 guests and can be divided into two smaller spaces. The grange Hermine provides another option for large or medium-sized gatherings. The rooms have natural light, and one of them has a mezzanine. An inner courtyard and a terrace give guests the chance to enjoy the outdoors, while on-site parking makes it easier to welcome guests and suppliers. The spaces are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

For receptions, organisers are free to choose their own caterer. Catering facilities are available to make service easier. The venue also offers on-site accommodation, including a bridal suite and dormitories, with several other accommodation options just a few minutes away. This combination of rooms, outdoor spaces and overnight accommodation makes it possible to plan a celebration that lasts longer. Private hire gives organisers the opportunity to bring their guests together in a countryside setting and shape their event to suit their needs.
