Bühler-Halle
- Ingolstädter Straße 7, 92339 Beilngries, Germany
For talks, performances and programmes featuring music, the hall has an acoustic ceiling, as well as microphones, headsets and speakers. Mobile stage elements can be used to create a small presentation area or a tiered stage of up to 80 square metres. There are 500 matching chairs available for seating. More chairs can be brought in from other municipal buildings if required.
The facilities are also practical for performers and groups: modern changing rooms provide space to get ready and store instruments or other equipment. The integrated school canteen can be used for receptions or refreshments during breaks at events. A cloakroom can also be set up on the upper floor.
The town of Beilngries rents out the hall following a written enquiry and an agreement made in advance. Organisers coordinate the use of the hall, the schedule and any additional services they require with the town. The hall is therefore suitable for larger gatherings that need flexible combinations of spaces, a stage and basic technical equipment. School sports take priority when allocating the hall, so availability should be checked well in advance.
