Ingalls Harbor Pavilion

Ingalls Harbor Pavilion is a large, adaptable event venue beside the Tennessee River in Decatur, Alabama. Its open 27,000-square-foot space can host a range of occasions, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate meetings, luncheons, galas, proms, vendor fairs and fishing tournament gatherings. With capacity for up to 1,200 people, it gives event planners room to shape the layout around their programme and guest numbers.

The venue includes about 4,000 square feet of support and service areas, multi-stall restrooms, audio-visual and lighting equipment, and Wi-Fi. Its facilities also include an outdoor patio with a fireplace, a boat launch and a large floating dock, offering useful options for events that make use of the waterfront setting. There are around 300 paved parking spaces, and the site has tractor-trailer access, which can help with event deliveries and larger productions.

Located close to Interstate 65 and Alabama Highway 20, the pavilion is accessible for local guests and visitors travelling from further afield. Its flexible, open-plan character suits organisers looking for a substantial indoor setting that can be arranged for different event formats. Whether planning a wedding reception, a formal dinner, a business gathering or a public-facing fair, event planners can enquire about using the space and its facilities for their event.
