The large function hall in Porcheville is a community venue available to hire for gatherings and celebrations. Located close to the town hall, it can accommodate up to 220 people seated. Its capacity makes it an option worth considering for organisers looking for a venue in Yvelines to bring together a large group.

The hall is hired with tables and chairs, making it possible to arrange the space to suit the day's or evening's events. The facilities on site include two fridges, two freezers, an oven, two hotplates, a sink and a microwave. Crockery is not provided, so you will need to arrange this separately to suit the needs of your reception. The use of gas bottles for cooking indoors is prohibited.

The hire period runs from Friday at 4 pm to Monday at 9 am, leaving time to prepare the hall before the event and return it afterwards. The municipality offers hire to residents of Porcheville and people from other municipalities, with different rates for each. To complete the application, it asks for documents including a public liability insurance certificate for the organiser and security deposits. A condition report is carried out when the keys are handed over, and the hall must be returned in the same clean condition as it was initially.

Organisers can contact Porcheville town hall to check the terms, availability and booking process. This community venue offers a practical setting for organising an event, with an equipped space and a clearly defined capacity.
