The Lake View Loft LLC

The Lake View Loft is a family-run barn venue on a working farm in Hillsboro, Ohio, offering a countryside setting for weddings and other gatherings. Its restored 19th-century barn pairs original timber character with modern comforts, while the surrounding farmland, lake and open views provide a scenic backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and photographs. The venue highlights intimate weddings for around 99 guests or fewer.

Couples can choose between indoor and outdoor ceremony areas, including a wedding dock beside the lake. Wedding rentals include tables and chairs, a bridal suite and a groom's suite, a bar, Wi-Fi, and access to a catering kitchen. There is also a projector, screen and microphone for presentations or slideshows, plus a covered patio, outdoor firepits and a collection of décor and display options. Couples choose their own vendors, so they can shape the celebration around their plans.

The property is also available for corporate events, meetings, birthday parties, showers, class reunions and other special occasions. The venue offers event-specific pricing for these bookings and can provide presentation equipment, kitchen facilities, tables and chairs. Outdoor seating areas and countryside scenery add options for guests to gather beyond the barn.

A distinctive feature of the farm is its miniature donkeys, which can be included in wedding photographs. The venue is less than ten minutes from Hillsboro and within driving distance of Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. Organisers can contact the owners to arrange a personal tour and check dates through the online availability calendar.
