The multi-purpose hall in La Chapelle-Bouëxic is a municipal facility available to hire for gatherings and receptions. Located next to the football pitch, place du Stade, it offers a convenient setting for bringing family, friends, associations or other groups together in one space. Its stated capacity is 199 people seated, making it suitable for both larger receptions and meals or parties with several guests.

The hall has a large main room, a bar, a cloakroom and a kitchen. These facilities make it possible to welcome guests and prepare or serve a meal on site. The municipality offers the hall for hire for periods of 12, 24 or 48 hours, subject to the current terms and rates. Tables and chairs can also be hired under certain conditions. Exact arrangements, availability and rates should be confirmed with the town hall or the municipal service responsible for bookings.

To book, contact the municipal postal agency, which is open on weekday mornings from Monday to Friday. A hire agreement sets out the steps to be completed, including payment of a deposit and provision of proof of insurance. Users are responsible for putting things away and cleaning up after their event. The hall is therefore a municipal option for organisers looking for a well-equipped space in La Chapelle-Bouëxic, with a clearly defined capacity and useful facilities for a day or evening.
