Jan Serr Studio

Jan Serr Studio is a Milwaukee event venue in the Kenilworth Square East building, offering two distinctive spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations, performances and other events. Its main studio occupies the sixth floor of a former industrial building, where a modern interior, expansive windows and a private covered balcony create a striking setting with views towards Lake Michigan and the city skyline.

The venue provides around 7,000 square feet of event space and can accommodate up to 405 guests, depending on the layout. Its open floor plan gives organisers flexibility to shape the room for a seated dinner, reception, presentation or celebration. Built-in features include a large projection screen and sound system, while tables, chairs, glassware, china, flatware and house linens are included.

A separate first-floor gallery of approximately 3,600 square feet can be used for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, exhibitions and performances. It also has a private staging area, which can serve as a preparation room, a wedding retreat or a backstage space. The two areas can be used together to give guests separate settings for different parts of an event.

Jan Serr Studio works with Saz's Catering, whose team provides food and drink options and event planning support. Organisers can get help with catering details, timelines, room layouts and recommendations for additional suppliers or rentals. On-site covered parking, accessible entrances and a location close to central Milwaukee add practical convenience. The venue's combination of flexible space, city views and planning assistance makes it suitable for both polished business functions and personal celebrations.
