Maimarktgelände Mannheim is a versatile event venue for organisers of trade fairs, exhibitions, concerts, sporting events and corporate events. Its spacious grounds can accommodate events of various sizes, from an event in a single hall to large-scale productions using both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The venue includes the approximately 8,100-square-metre Maimarkthalle, the Maimarktclub with its stage and backstage area, meeting rooms, and the Reitstadion with covered grandstand seating. The open-air spaces can be used for markets, exhibitions and outdoor events. If required, the existing infrastructure can be supplemented with additional lightweight temporary halls. The spaces can be configured flexibly and are suitable for trade and consumer fairs, concerts, shows, corporate events and sporting events, among others.

Organisers can request additional services for planning and delivery if they wish. These include seating, technical equipment, admission control, ticketing, catering, and various logistical and staffing services. The event spaces and grounds can be combined to suit the occasion and requirements. The venue is also well equipped for large visitor numbers: it is close to the Mannheim motorway interchange, connected to public transport and has extensive parking. This gives event planners in the Rhine-Neckar region a scalable base for events with a range of requirements.
