Woodbine Mansion

Woodbine Mansion is a historic estate in downtown Round Rock, just north of Austin, available for weddings, social celebrations and corporate gatherings. Set on a full city block, the property combines a restored mansion with landscaped gardens, mature trees, porches and open lawns, offering organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor settings.

The venue can be hired exclusively, so events can move between the mansion and grounds throughout the day. The house includes distinctive rooms and private changing suites, while the gardens feature two lawns, a gazebo and a trellis. For larger outdoor occasions or added weather protection, a clear-top or white-top tent is available in season, with an enclosed tent included for winter bookings.

Woodbine hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as gatherings such as networking events, holiday parties, showers, galas and milestone celebrations. Capacity depends on the spaces and layout: indoor ceremonies can accommodate up to 100 guests, indoor seated meals up to 120, and outdoor events 300 or more. Full-day wedding bookings include 12 hours of venue access, tables and chairs, and access to the mansion and grounds. The property also provides parking, wireless internet and a separate catering preparation space.

Organisers should note that catering must be selected from the venue's approved list. Wedding clients are also required to hire an approved professional month-of coordinator. Woodbine Mansion offers a characterful setting for planners seeking a historic estate with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces near Austin.
