Bespoke Events + Experiences

Bespoke Events + Experiences is a downtown Columbus, Indiana venue for organisers planning private gatherings, corporate occasions and community events. The space can be booked for private events, while the team also runs a changing programme of public experiences, workshops and classes. Its calendar includes collaborative activities and informal drop-in hours, giving organisers a sense of the welcoming, social atmosphere the venue is known for.

For a private celebration or business event, organisers can discuss their plans with the Bespoke team and make an enquiry through the venue. The owners, Lindy and Catie Rix, bring experience in hospitality, food and wine, and shape each occasion around the host's requirements. The setting is suited to intimate gatherings and offers a distinctive alternative to a conventional function room in the centre of town.

Food and drink can be arranged as part of the event. Bespoke offers custom event catering, with menus created to suit different occasions and preferences, from small-plate appetisers to multi-course meals. The team can also provide a personalised bar menu featuring wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic choices. Catering and bar services are available at the venue or at another event location, so organisers can enquire about support beyond the premises too.

With venue hire, tailored food and beverage options, and an active calendar of experiences, Bespoke provides a locally rooted setting for hosts looking to bring people together in Columbus. Contact the team to discuss the date, format and arrangements for an upcoming event.
