The Livery

The Livery is a community event space in Norwood, Colorado, available to hire for private celebrations, business gatherings and performances. Its historic barn setting has a broad, open room with a smooth wooden floor, making it suitable for dancing, informal receptions, meetings and audience seating. Organisers can arrange the space to suit the occasion, with tables and chairs or a more open layout.

The venue is suited to birthday parties, anniversaries, company training, annual meetings and awards presentations. For performances, the stage and theatrical lighting support plays, concerts and recitals. Available facilities include a full sound system, projector and screen, a small bar area, restrooms and a dressing room. The venue also has a yard and deck that can be included in some bookings, offering options for events that make use of both indoor and outdoor areas.

Rental options cover basic use of the open space as well as setups with presentation equipment, tables and chairs, or access to the stage and lighting. Seating and equipment depend on the selected arrangement, so event planners can discuss their requirements when making a reservation. The space can host community and private events, and its flexible layout makes it useful for organisers looking for a distinctive local venue rather than a conventional hotel meeting room.

The Livery is operated by the Norwood Park and Recreation District. Reservations are handled through the district's booking system, with facility rental information available to help organisers choose a suitable setup for their event.
