Château du Bourg

Le Bourg, 42120 Perreux, France

At Château du Bourg, near Roanne, the restored former orangery offers a countryside setting for receptions within a large estate. The room can accommodate more than 200 people and is ideal for weddings, celebratory meals and other private or business gatherings. Organisers have 200 chairs, 22 round tables that can each seat up to ten guests, and a catering area for preparing food service on site.
The estate combines this reception venue with a 17th-century residence that houses five guest rooms, including a room accessible to people with reduced mobility and a family suite. This accommodation allows guests to extend their stay and enjoy the site without having to drive after the celebration. The rooms have private bathrooms, and some include a bathtub or balneotherapy facilities.
The leafy surroundings, park and pond contribute to the estate's peaceful atmosphere, while a car park makes it easy to welcome guests. The château is in Perreux, close to Roanne, and is also accessible from Lyon. For event planners, the Orangerie brings together a reception room, furniture available on site and accommodation options in one venue, suited to organising a wedding day or a reception with an overnight stay.
