Carroll County Agriculture Center

Carroll County Agriculture Center offers a broad range of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning events in Westminster, Maryland. Its facilities can accommodate everything from meetings and receptions to trade shows, sporting events, exhibitions and equestrian gatherings. The centre's large Danele Shipley Memorial Arena provides more than 52,000 square feet of clear-span floor space, with additional vestibule and office areas. It is suited to events that need room for displays, spectators, activities or large gatherings.

For smaller functions, Burns Memorial Hall can be arranged for meetings or dining and has an adjoining kitchen. Other halls and buildings offer additional options for parties, fundraisers, craft fairs, dog shows and community events. Some adjoining spaces can be opened up to create a larger area, while the air-conditioned Blizzard Building is an option for more intimate gatherings.

Outdoor facilities include riding rings, a covered stage, open grass areas and a pavilion. The grounds can support horse shows, concerts, displays, sporting activities and picnics, with electricity available in some areas. Event organisers can enquire about facility specifications, availability and hire rates directly with the centre. With venues of different sizes and layouts on one site, Carroll County Agriculture Center can serve events ranging from small meetings to large public gatherings and trade events.
