Beeding & Bramber Village Hall

Beeding & Bramber Village Hall offers a flexible, community-run venue for organisers planning celebrations and gatherings in Upper Beeding, West Sussex. The hall can be booked for wedding receptions, birthdays, children’s parties, naming days, commemorations, live music and performances. It is also available for meetings and workshops, making it suitable for both social occasions and community or business activities.

The main hall can accommodate up to 150 people standing or 100 seated. Alongside it are three light, airy spaces that can be used in different ways to suit an event. Facilities include a working kitchen with crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment, as well as staging, sound and lighting capability, a projector and internet access. There is outdoor space, central heating and wheelchair access, including an accessible toilet. Parking for up to 30 vehicles is available across the road.

For weddings, the hall provides a blank canvas for couples to plan their own reception, with room to personalise the setting and use the kitchen for self-catering. The venue does not currently hold a licence for marriage or civil partnership ceremonies, so couples will need to arrange the legal ceremony elsewhere. The hall is run as an independent charity by local volunteers, and bookings help support its future as a village community space.
