The largest room, the Great Hall, can accommodate up to 250 people in theatre-style seating, with other layouts available for smaller groups. The Epworth Hall provides another flexible setting for talks, creative sessions and gatherings, while the Studio, Wesley Room and Bristo Room are suited to smaller meetings, board sessions, breakout groups and rehearsals. Video-conferencing equipment, microphones and other items can be arranged for an additional charge, and a technician is required for live-stream events unless the organiser brings their own. Organisers can enquire about half-day, full-day, evening and weekend hire. Catering is available for some bookings, and outside catering is permitted subject to the venue's requirements.
