White Horse Venue

White Horse Venue is an event venue on an 80-acre ranch in Lakeland, Florida, offering a countryside setting for weddings and a broad range of private and corporate gatherings. Its grounds combine open-air surroundings with covered event spaces, giving organisers options for celebrations in different weather and for a range of guest numbers.

The chandelier barn provides a covered setting for larger parties, with a stage area for DJs or live bands. Outdoor areas, a cocktail space and a fire pit offer additional places for guests to gather. For smaller functions, the cottage and tack room are available for meetings, brunches, showers and intimate events. The venue says it has hosted groups from around 50 people to events of 500 or more.

Weddings are a key part of the offering, with space for ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties and bridal showers. Facilities include a bridal cottage, a groom's studio, ceremony areas, tables and chairs, linens, china, parking and event staff. The venue also provides an in-house executive catering team and bar service, while other professional suppliers may be brought in subject to the venue's requirements.

Organisers can also enquire about corporate meetings, conferences, training events, company retreats, holiday parties, charity functions and social celebrations. Visits are arranged by appointment, allowing planners to tour the property and discuss the spaces, packages and event arrangements directly with the team.
