The La Loupio reception room can accommodate up to 300 people. Available all year round, it opens onto the outdoors and has preparation tables and a fridge for the caterer, as well as a pre-installed sound system. For larger events, a marquee can be provided on request, with a stated capacity of up to 500 guests. The estate can also provide contact details for partner suppliers offering decoration, catering, music and wedding support.
For business meetings, an equipped, air-conditioned room can accommodate up to 120 people. It includes a video projector, a sound system and Wi-Fi. Catering is available as an optional extra, and a visit to the ranch can be arranged on request to round off the programme for a seminar or company outing.
The experience can also extend beyond the reception, with guided tours of the livestock farm and local traditions. Guest rooms and accommodation in a caravan are also available for overnight stays. A large car park makes it easy for cars and coaches to arrive. Capacities, equipment and additional services should be confirmed with the team according to the event format and requirements.
