The Den at Culross

Set on a working farm near Culross in Fife, this converted barn venue offers a characterful setting for weddings and other private celebrations. The site brings together three distinct spaces: a traditional byre, a rustic barn and a sheltered courtyard. Organisers can use them for different parts of an event, from a ceremony and drinks reception to dinner and evening celebrations.

The Byre has sandstone walls and exposed roof timbers, and can seat up to 150 guests for a ceremony. It also suits a smaller wedding breakfast or reception. The courtyard provides an outdoor spot for guests to gather, while the larger barn can accommodate functions of up to 250 people. A permanent stage, an in-house bar and an optional area to relax give organisers useful choices when shaping the evening.
