Pavilion on the Prom

Pavilion on the Prom is a seafront function venue within Park House Hotel in Blackpool, offering event organisers a dedicated space for weddings, private celebrations and business gatherings. Its setting on the Promenade gives events a coastal backdrop, while the function room can be arranged for different occasions, from wedding receptions and birthday parties to christenings, anniversaries, baby showers and corporate events.

For weddings, the venue offers packages that can cover both the ceremony and reception. Options include a dressed ceremony space, a drinks reception, a wedding breakfast, evening buffet and entertainment. Couples can also enquire about the hotel’s bridal suite for an overnight stay. The events team can discuss catering choices such as canapés and grazing tables, along with room dressing and other details for the day.

Private functions can include access to an exclusive bar and games room, with table linen, chair covers, sashes, centrepieces and a light-up dance floor among the available features. Drinks packages and celebration extras can be arranged, and accommodation at the hotel may suit guests travelling to Blackpool. The venue also promotes its function space for business events, including networking, awards, training and company celebrations, with catering and event support available.

Organisers can contact the team to discuss their event, ask about packages and menus, or arrange a viewing.
