Tayvin Gardens

Tayvin Gardens is a private wedding and event venue set across 36 acres in Smiths Grove, Kentucky. Its landscaped grounds offer couples and event planners a choice of outdoor settings, with seasonal flowers, wooded areas, garden archways, a koi pond and a 25-foot waterfall creating a distinctive backdrop for ceremonies, photographs and gatherings.

The estate also has an indoor venue with views across the gardens, allowing celebrations to continue whatever the weather. The venue is climate controlled and can be hired on its own or as part of a package that includes access to more of the estate. The property has hosted weddings as well as business meetings, family reunions and formal dinners, making it suitable for both private celebrations and selected corporate occasions.

For wedding parties and guests who want to stay on site, The House at Tayvin is a four-bedroom home with space for more than 12 people. It includes a kitchen, several bathrooms, a dressing area and a master suite, offering a convenient place to prepare and spend time together before or after an event.

Food can be arranged through the venue's in-house caterer, The Linen Apron, with meals prepared in the on-site gourmet kitchen. Packages may also include options such as chair hire, floral arrangements and golf-cart rental. Event planners can discuss available spaces, package choices and add-on services directly with the venue when enquiring about a date.
