The Embassy Warehouse Venue

The Embassy Warehouse Venue is a historic event space in Clovis, New Mexico, available for weddings, quinceañeras, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, fundraisers and corporate celebrations. Dating from the 1930s, the warehouse offers a distinctive setting that can be styled for formal receptions, lively parties and other gatherings. Its event space covers around 8,500 square feet and can host up to 250 guests, giving organisers room to plan a celebration on a substantial scale.

The venue offers all-inclusive packages and on-site event planning support, helping organisers coordinate the details of their occasion. Options include decorated spaces, floral design and a range of décor rentals, such as linens, centrepieces, arches, backdrops and display pieces. A bridal suite is available for wedding preparations, and the venue has three restrooms. Organisers can ask about weekday hourly hire and full-day options for weekend events, then arrange a private tour to see the space and discuss their plans.

The venue is suited to both private and business events, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, holiday parties, banquets, retirement celebrations, class reunions and corporate galas. Food options are described through local caterers, with menus ranging from served meals to simpler selections. This gives organisers a starting point for discussing catering alongside the venue booking, while allowing them to explore the event format, décor and practical arrangements with the team.
