Rubydoo's Vintage Events

Rubydoo's Vintage Events is a countryside barn venue in West Plains, Missouri, offering a setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. The property sits among farmland, rolling hills and ponds, with indoor reception space and outdoor areas for ceremonies, gatherings and photographs. Its rustic character can suit couples planning anything from a relaxed country wedding to a more formal celebration.

The venue accommodates events of up to 350 guests. Wedding packages are arranged for different guest numbers and can include use of the reception hall and grounds, a bridal room and a room for the groom, tables and chairs, linens, centrepieces, ceremony decorations, set-up and clean-up. Depending on the package, further inclusions may cover planning support, sound equipment, a projector, a DJ, printed invitations and wedding flowers. Smaller wedding options are also available, as are packages for other special events.

Rubydoo's also offers catering for events, with meal choices that include a main dish, sides, bread or crackers and drinks. Organisers can enquire about table service or buffet-style dining, and select from a broad menu of meat, potato, vegetable and appetiser options. The venue has a fully equipped preparation kitchen and can discuss customised menus.

For planners comparing locations, the combination of a dedicated event space, outdoor ceremony options, wedding packages and food service makes Rubydoo's a practical choice for bringing several parts of a celebration together at one location. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their event, catering requirements and a venue tour.
