Darling Donkey

Darling Donkey provides hands-on farm experiences and animal visits for groups, families and event organisers in Utah's Ogden Valley. Guests can spend time with miniature animals, with opportunities to feed, brush and interact with them in a relaxed farm setting. Visits are arranged by appointment, allowing the experience to be tailored to the group and occasion.

The farm welcomes school field trips, church groups, camps and private parties. Organisers can discuss an activity suited to their guests, needs and budget, whether they are planning a family celebration, an educational outing or a gathering with a farm-life theme. Darling Donkey also offers mobile events, bringing its animal experiences to locations beyond the farm. Its website currently advertises educational farm tours and mobile events, including event donkeys.

Seasonal activities may include farm-to-table meals and pick-your-own produce or flowers. The farm says its meals feature seasonal produce and may involve local businesses and suppliers. Availability can vary with the season, weather and animal welfare, so organisers should confirm the details when enquiring. The farm and its events operate by appointment, with occasional open farm days.

For event planners, Darling Donkey offers a distinctive option for groups looking for an interactive, outdoors-based experience rather than a conventional function room. The team can discuss the event format and arrangements directly, including whether a visit to the farm or a travelling experience is more suitable. As the farm has moved, contact the business to confirm the current location and booking arrangements before planning a visit.
