Continental Club

Continental Club is a multi-space event venue in West Oakland, available for private and corporate bookings as well as live entertainment. Its combination of indoor rooms, a rooftop terrace, bars and performance facilities gives organisers several ways to shape an event, from a large party to a smaller reception or gathering.

The venue has four distinct areas across more than 13,000 square feet. The main stage room is set up for performances and larger functions, with professional sound and lighting, a large video wall, a dance floor and a mezzanine overlooking the stage. The rooftop Sky Lounge offers an outdoor setting with its own bar, DJ sound and lounge seating. A front cocktail bar and the more intimate Rumboogie Lounge provide additional spaces for pre-event drinks, smaller functions or use alongside the main room.

Organisers can enquire about full venue hire for corporate parties, company gatherings, product launches, private celebrations, live music, DJ events, comedy, fashion and film events, and culinary occasions. The venue advertises capacities ranging from smaller groups to events of more than a thousand guests, depending on the area and layout. Its commercial kitchen and catering facilities, parking, green room and production equipment add practical options for planning. The team also offers event consultations and support, allowing clients to discuss the spaces and facilities suited to their plans. Located close to public transport and the San Francisco Bay Bridge, Continental Club serves event organisers looking for a distinctive Oakland venue with both indoor and outdoor areas.
