Battle Memorial Hall

Battle Memorial Hall is a community venue in the centre of Battle, East Sussex, offering rooms for hire for private celebrations, wedding receptions, meetings, classes, exhibitions and performances. Organisers can book an individual room or, where suitable, combine spaces or hire the whole building for a larger gathering.

The Main Hall is the principal event space, with room for up to 230 people standing or 125 seated at tables. It is equipped for a range of formats, including performances, screenings, presentations and celebrations. Smaller rooms provide options for meetings, workshops, markets, classes and activities, while the upstairs Wynne Room offers its own kitchen and serving area. Kitchens are also available with selected ground-floor rooms.

The venue provides practical facilities for organisers, including Wi-Fi, accessible facilities and stair lifts to the upstairs room. Projectors, screens, audio equipment, microphones and display materials can be requested, depending on the room. An alcohol licence and music licence can also be arranged where required.
