Crest Hollow Country Club

Crest Hollow Poolside is an outdoor event setting at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, Long Island. Its pool deck is designed for cocktail hours and receptions, giving organisers a distinctive backdrop with palm trees, waterfalls, fire pits and a heated swimming pool. The space can be used for wedding celebrations and other gatherings, with the surrounding grounds providing further options for ceremonies, photographs and guest events.

The poolside area forms part of a larger venue with indoor ballrooms, gardens, a chapel and other outdoor spaces. This range allows event planners to shape different parts of a programme across the property, from an outdoor welcome or drinks reception to a formal dinner indoors. Crest Hollow also hosts corporate functions, milestone celebrations, school proms, fundraisers and other social events. Its team works with organisers on event details, and the venue offers in-house food service, including tailored menus and Glatt Kosher options.

The property has multiple event rooms and outdoor locations, with capacity ranging from smaller gatherings to large celebrations of more than 1,000 guests. Organisers can ask the team about layouts, menus, available dates and how the poolside deck can fit into their plans. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has on-site parking, with valet service available on request. Its location on Jericho Turnpike makes it accessible to guests travelling from across Long Island and the New York City area. For planners seeking an outdoor cocktail-hour setting supported by a full-service event venue, Crest Hollow Poolside offers an option within a larger, versatile event property.
