The French Estate

The French Estate is a historic wedding and event venue in Orange, California, offering couples and event planners a characterful setting for ceremonies, receptions and private celebrations. The property combines the atmosphere of an old home with landscaped outdoor areas, a garden ceremony setting and welcoming indoor spaces, creating options for different parts of an event and for photographs.

Weddings are a central part of the venue's offering. The estate can host celebrations for up to 150 guests, with a private bridal suite, a groom's room and time for preparations before the event. The team helps plan the room layout and sets out tables and chairs, while a venue representative is available to assist on the day. Couples can bring their own décor or work with professional stylists, and the venue offers packages with different levels of included services and selected décor.

The property also welcomes non-wedding celebrations, including showers, milestone birthdays, intimate dinners, award ceremonies, dance recitals and fashion events. For these bookings, organisers can choose their own food and table styling, with the estate supplying event furniture and a hostess. A bar service is available, and the venue provides recommendations for local caterers, photographers, florists, DJs and rental companies.

Events are hosted by appointment, with one wedding or event scheduled per day. For larger gatherings, parking arrangements include a shuttle from a nearby parking structure. The French Estate suits planners looking for a distinctive historic setting for a wedding or a smaller private gathering in Orange County.
