Domaine des Lochereaux
- Les Lochereaux, 49700 Tuffalun, France
In the heart of the Anjou woods, Domaine des Lochereaux hosts private and corporate events in a rural setting centred around a 19th-century château. Its spaces are suitable for weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, seminars, meetings and corporate parties. The range of rooms makes it possible to adapt the venue to the size and format of each gathering.
La Grange, set beneath an old timber roof, can accommodate up to 290 people seated. The bright 145 m² Le Préau opens onto the garden and is ideal for meals and drinks receptions, with screens that let guests enjoy the setting while staying sheltered. The more intimate Le Rendez-vous room features stone walls, exposed beams and a bar area. L'Étable adds a meeting space to the venue's facilities. Tables and chairs are included in some hire packages, and organisers can bring in their own suppliers for furniture. Technical equipment is not provided in every room, so this is worth bearing in mind when planning.
To extend the event, the estate offers on-site dormitory accommodation for 41 people. Groups can also plan team-building and outdoor activities across the extensive grounds, such as orienteering games, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting or axe throwing, depending on the packages available. The venue brings together event spaces, accommodation and leisure activities in one setting, making it possible to plan a study day, celebration or group stay. Visits are by appointment, and the team invites organisers to get in touch to discuss capacities, spaces and options suited to their plans.
