Quail Run Ranch

Quail Run Ranch is a 50-acre ranch venue near Newport, Washington, offering a country setting for weddings and other private or corporate events. Organisers can choose between two outdoor ceremony locations: a landscaped lawn with a vintage gazebo and gardens, or a wooded site with a brick aisle. A covered patio provides space for receptions, and a pole barn offers an alternative ceremony location when the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor service.

The ranch's grounds include ponds, fields, trees and gardens, giving couples and photographers a range of backdrops for photographs. For preparations, the venue has a bridal suite in a renovated barn and a separate rustic room for the groom and groomsmen. Facilities and included items include a country kitchen for light food preparation, parking, portable toilets, chairs and a selection of farm and other tables. The property can accommodate events of up to 200 guests.

Quail Run Ranch welcomes wedding bookings as well as smaller occasions such as bridal and baby showers, and corporate events. The venue provides a licensed bartender when alcohol is served, while organisers can select their own licensed caterer or choose from the ranch's preferred vendors. Venue staff set up ceremony benches and reception tables and chairs, with additional clean-up available for a fee. Organisers can arrange a tour and discuss their event date, guest numbers and requirements directly with the venue.
