Longleaf

Longleaf offers event planners a collection of historic buildings and outdoor spaces on a former Georgia farmstead in Gay. The restored property brings together rustic agricultural character and industrial details, giving organisers a choice of settings for weddings, corporate occasions, reunions, private celebrations and other gatherings. Spaces can suit both intimate events and larger receptions, with the venue team available to discuss options and arrange a tour.

The bookable locations include the Warehouse, Hammer Mill, Peach Shed and spaces within the 1911 Building and Towerhouse Farm Brewery. The Warehouse has high ceilings, exposed beams and an open layout, making it adaptable to different event styles. It can accommodate up to 400 guests for a standing reception or gathering, or 250 for a seated event. The Hammer Mill combines a covered, open-sided pavilion with an enclosed area, with capacity for up to 300 people standing or 150 seated. Other settings include the historic Peach Shed, brewery spaces, the Vault lounge and an outdoor Biergarten.

Longleaf's venue rental includes tables and chairs, and a bridal suite is available. Organisers can also ask about the preferred vendor list, on-site parking and nearby accommodation recommendations for guests. The venue's range of historic interiors and open-air areas gives planners flexibility to shape different kinds of occasions, while the event team can help with enquiries about the spaces and private hire. Longleaf and Towerhouse Farm Brewery share the grounds, and the venue team handles enquiries for both properties.
