Das Kleine Theater Hall e.V. is an amateur theatre group from Schwäbisch Hall that develops and stages its own plays. Its repertoire is aimed at children, young people and adults, and includes both light-hearted and thought-provoking works. These range from stories for young audiences to plays exploring everyday life, relationships and social issues.
Performances take place in the theatre auditorium at Alten Schlachthauses. Alongside its own productions, the theatre presents a regular programme of stage performances and takes part in events for the whole family. External guest performances are also possible. Event planners can contact the theatre to ask whether a suitable production is available for their programme, a cultural event or a family activity.
The programme also includes creative activities centred on performing theatre. In workshops and at KreativWerkstatt, children, young people and adults can explore their own forms of expression and learn about working on stage. Rehearsals, set work and collaborative projects complement the performances and offer an insight into how a production comes together.
The association therefore brings theatre production, stage performances and theatre education together at a permanent cultural venue in Schwäbisch Hall. Anyone looking for a play or guest performance for an audience can enquire directly about current options. The programme and cast vary from one production to another, so the specific offer depends on the plays and dates in question.
