Stone Crest Venue

Stone Crest Venue is a rustic-modern event location set across 20 acres of rolling countryside near McKinney, Texas. Its grounds offer an open-air setting for ceremonies and gatherings, while the main hall provides a welcoming space for receptions, dining and dancing. Couples can choose between indoor and outdoor ceremony areas, including a covered chapel, and continue the celebration in the reception hall without moving to another location.

The venue is suited to weddings as well as corporate meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and other private or business occasions. It can accommodate up to 275 seated guests, with tables and wooden cross-back chairs included. The building combines natural timber and stone details with large windows, a fireplace, a bar and a lounge area. Outside, guests can enjoy the landscaped grounds, a fire pit and a waterfall feature.

Event hire includes a 14-hour booking period and access to practical facilities such as a preparation kitchen, ice and coolers, dressing rooms, lighting, speakers and a wireless microphone. Couples and organisers can work with their preferred vendors, including their chosen caterer, and provide their own alcohol for service by licensed bartenders. The venue can set out tables and chairs to match a supplied floor plan, helping planners organise the reception layout in advance. Optional extras include the covered chapel, a band stage, patio heaters and a managed fire pit. With its scenic setting, flexible vendor policy and dedicated spaces for both ceremonies and receptions, Stone Crest Venue gives organisers a distinctive countryside option within reach of the Dallas area.
