Beaver Lake Lodge

Beaver Lake Lodge is a city-run event venue in Beaver Lake Park, Sammamish, offering two spaces that can be reserved separately or together. Its woodland setting, open grass areas and views across Beaver Lake suit organisers looking for a relaxed, natural backdrop for a wedding, reception, birthday, anniversary, reunion, meeting or picnic.

The enclosed Lodge is a relocated Northwest log cabin with a rustic character. Its 1,850-square-foot main room accommodates up to 70 seated guests or 150 standing. The space includes tables and chairs, a patio, a gas stone fireplace and a semi-commercial kitchen with cooking facilities, giving organisers useful options for arranging a gathering and preparing or serving food.

For an outdoor setting, the 2,500-square-foot Pavilion is an open-air structure with high beams, a stone fireplace and views of the lake. It accommodates up to 100 people and has six picnic tables and a barbecue grill. The Lodge and Pavilion may be booked separately or together, subject to shared occupancy limits.

Both facilities are available for year-round rental. Organisers can check availability and submit a booking request through the City of Sammamish's reservation system. The city processes requests and confirms bookings, and its rental team can answer questions about the facilities and reservation arrangements. The venue's combination of indoor and outdoor space gives event planners flexibility for celebrations, community gatherings and meetings in a park setting.
